Frey & Associates is a boutique executive search and career coaching firm.  Our executive search practice is devoted to serving the Human Resource and Corporate Counsel hiring needs of entrepreneurial spirited companies. Formed by Karen Frey in 1999, the company has been guided by two key principals: quality and commitment.

Karen’s 20+ years of recruiting experience have seen her developing and executing recruitment strategies for fast-paced and fast-growing companies such as Sequent Computer Systems (now IBM) and Ciber, as well as hiring, training and promoting over 100 employees. In 1994, she created and obtained the first ISO 9000 certification for a service company.

With a constant emphasis on quality, and an intimate understanding of corporate recruiting, Frey & Associates provides experience and depth for recruiting Human Resources and Corporate Attorneys.
